Paola Pocci joined Imperial Brands and its executive leadership team in September 2021 as regional president for Africa, Asia, Australasia, and Central and Eastern Europe. She was appointed chief consumer officer in November 2023.
Pocci has extensive experience in brand building and in general and profit and loss management. In her 22 years at Procter and Gamble, she held several leadership positions across developed and developing territories, including Europe, the Middle East, the U.S., and China, and across multiple FMCG categories. Pocci has a strong understanding of geographically diverse consumers and of operations management across traditional and modern retail, including e-commerce.
Prior to joining Imperial, Pocci was senior vice president and general manager for the personal beauty care portfolio for Procter and Gamble in Greater China.
