Dr. Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher is the Senior Director of Regulatory Engagement at Juul Labs, Inc. where he is responsible for the contents and submission of Juul’s new product applications. Dr. Fisher has over 20 years experience in the tobacco industry, where he has led teams in Toxicology, Epidemiology, Behavioral Economics and Scientific Engagement. He has participated in developing applications for all available for tobacco product application pathways, from Exemption Requests through Modified Risk Tobacco Product Applications. Dr. Fisher has published scientific studies related to tobacco product toxicology, epidemiology and use behavior. He lives outside of Richmond, Virginia with his wife and three children.
