K.C. Crosthwaite joined Juul Labs as chairman and CEO in September 2019 with over 20 years of experience in product development, management, and stakeholder and regulatory engagement. Prior to that, he served as chief growth officer of Altria, where he spent several years focused on alternatives to combustible cigarettes. Crosthwaite graduated from Marquette University and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Providence College.
