David Bertram has worked in the field of tobacco and nicotine for 27 years, working in London and Switzerland as a director of public affairs for PMI and latterly in consultancy. His earlier assignments included working for British Gas in public affairs and for London Transport both in public affairs and as assistant to the chairman.
Bertram holds first and postgraduate degrees from the University of Cambridge.
