Christopher (Chris) B. Greer

Chris Greer is the Senior Vice President for Regulatory and External Affairs at Stryk Brands where he is responsible for regulatory and government affairs, stakeholder relations, and external engagement and communications. Greer joined Stryk in July of 2026. Greer was the president and CEO of the Nicotine Resource Consortium (formerly TMA), a post he held from 2017 to 2026. Before joining the Nicotine Resource Consortium, Greer was with JTI's US operations, having joined JTI USA in 2010 as Regulatory Affairs Manager before taking over, in 2016, as head of the Corporate Affairs and Communications Department for JTI’s US, Caribbean, and Central American markets. He began his career in external affairs at Verizon Wireless’ legal and external affairs department, serving in junior positions from 2004 to 2010 before joining the tobacco industry as part of a new class brought in by the industry to meet the challenges of tighter regulation. Greer is an expert in regulatory and corporate affairs, government and external relations and has experience ranging from regulatory strategy, international trade, stakeholder and government relations, excise taxation, internal and external comms, and trade media.
