The GTNF 2025 Brussels delegate badge entitles you to:
- Entrance to all GTNF plenary sessions and speaker presentations, with access to bonus content, enhanced networking and speaker/panel replay materials.
- Networking breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, Oct. 7 and 8, 2025.
- Lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Oct. 6, 7, and 8.
- Welcome reception on Monday evening, Oct. 6.
- Networking reception and dinner on the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 7.
- Closing networking reception on Wednesday, Oct. 8.

- Qualified media representatives and members of the press please click here.
- Delegates must be aged 18 years or older. Representatives of the tobacco and vapor/nicotine industries and related stakeholders are welcome.
GTNF 2025 Refund Policy
- We are unable to offer refunds for nonattendance at GTNF 2025. However, you are welcome to substitute a colleague to attend in your place. Please email Elise Rasmussen at elise@gtnf.org so that we can get the access information updated.
- If you cannot attend on any day or partial day of the registered event(s), we are unable to offer a refund.
- GTNF management reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at any time at its sole discretion without liability to the registrant or any other party.
- By submitting your registration, you agree to the GTNF 2025 refund policy.
